Στην περίπτωση που το κατεστραμμένο λόγω του τροχαίου όχημά σας είναι επαγγελματικό, μπορείτε να ζητήσετε την απώλεια εισοδήματός σας, λόγω της στέρησης του οχήματός σας.
Επίσης, μπορείτε να διεκδικήσετε χρήματα λόγω της καταστροφής του επαγγελματικού εξοπλισμού που μεταφέρατε και δεν κατέστη δυνατόν να κάνετε τη δουλειά σας.
Μπορείτε ακόμη να ζητήσετε τα εισοδήματα που απωλέσατε για την ημέρα ή τις ημέρες που αναγκαστήκατε να απασχοληθείτε με την επισκευή του οχήματός σας (μεταφορά και παραλαβή από το συνεργείο κτλ). Μπορείτε, τέλος, να ζητήσετε ακόμη και τους τόκους που απωλέσατε από την απόσυρση χρηματικού ποσού από τον τραπεζικό σας λογαριασμό με σκοπό την επισκευή του οχήματός σας, αλλά και τα έξοδα της τράπεζας για δάνειο που τυχόν πήρατε για να πληρώσετε τις υλικές ζημιές του οχήματός σας.
